Battery Marketer Sales Person – Sioux Falls, SD
Job Description: The Battery Marketer Sales Person is responsible for the maintenance of all customers stocking batteries purchased from Sturdevant's Auto Parts and is responsible for identifying new business in the region. In this position the Battery Marketer Sales Person will develop and maintain relationships with customers in the area of primary responsibility, ensuring constant communication with the customers. This role also has a strong customer service component ensuring the complete satisfaction of the customers. The Battery Marketer Sales Person will also team with the Sales Manager and Store Managers with regards to quotes and customer satisfaction. Further development in the sales area as defined by the President and Sales Manager.

Job Duties:
1. Identify and develop new business within the area of primary responsibility (APR)
2. Focus on customer additions within APR
3. Relationship building and maintenance with all customers
4. Ensure customer satisfaction at all times with constant communication with customers
5. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, store managers, sales people and
management
6. Update, rotate and maintain customers battery inventories
7. Handle returns of adjustments and cores in a timely manner
8. Provide customer service with feedback to the management team

Job Requirements:
• Must have or be able to obtain a class B CDL with HAZMAT endorsement
• Must be a self starter
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills
• Strong background in customer service and solution selling
• Ability to travel frequently with some nights out
• Ability to lift 75 lbs
• Automotive or mechanical background a plus

Full/Part Time: Full Time w/benefits
Days Needed: Monday - Friday
Hours: Flexible Hours
Salary: Depends on experience
